Preston and Brian were sent out to inspect a possible condensation leak at my home. The communication between office and appointment time was immediate and accurate. They both arrived as scheduled and conducted a very thorough inspection and asked many questions. They assessed and came up with a remedy which made perfect sense. I would highly recommend Vicking Heating and Air.
Everything you want in someone coming into your home to make it better. I had been worried about having a 1912, home and having to add air conditioning. I checked out a number of companies who could do it and I'm very glad I settled on Viking and very grateful that they sent Preston and Brian. Nothing about this job was easy from the tiny crawl space to the combination of mini splits and a cooling unit attached to the furnace. Having just had a less than great experience with a popular local furnace installer, I was particularly grateful for the punctuality and professionalism of Preston and his sidekick Brian. They arrived on time, minimize the mess where they could, cleaned up after themselves, and took me step by step through all that would have to be done. I'm only sorry I waited so long.

Leo and Kevin did an absolutely fantastic job with the AC installation. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood how to operate the new system. They also treated my home with care and left everything clean and tidy when they were finished. It’s clear that Leo and Kevin take pride in their work, and their attention to detail really stood out. The new AC is working great, and I’m so glad I chose Viking Heating & Air for the installation. The Viking team of Brian and Preston did an amazing job of replacing our HVAC system and replacing all the ducting. They cleaned up any debris from the tear out and replacement. It is great to have cooling again. I recommend Viking for all HVAC installs and maintenance.
I had a great experience with Viking Cooling and Heating. From start to finish, Preston and Brian were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous when installing out AC Pro Unit. They showed up on time, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. What a nice company. My AC unit was not working properly, so I called Vikings to come and look at it. Kevin, who showed up the next day, was very pleasant and explained me their service and also told me that it looks like it will be a really low repair. And he was right, it was easy fixed and I also signed up after his diagnostic for maintenance. I highly recommend it. Very good company, they don’t try to rip you off. It’s hard to see in these days.
