One of the AC units at our church stopped working, and a friend recommended Viking. They were able to come out the same day to fix our blower and capacitor, which we really appreciated. I was also glad to learn they service commercial buildings, not just residential. Ricardo Flores was our technician, and he was excellent: friendly, professional, and thorough. He diagnosed the issue quickly, got it fixed, and had everything running smoothly again. He also didn't try to upsell us on a new unit; he just solved the problem and charged a fair price. Highly recommend Viking, and ask for Ricardo if you can!
My AC stopped working suddenly on a very hot (100+ degrees) day. I was scrambling to call different companies to come out and take a look at it, but none of them were able to come out the same day. When I called Viking, Robert the owner answered and was able to schedule someone to come out within a couple of hours to take a look. The tech, Ricardo, arrived quickly and started working right away. He was able to quickly pinpoint the issue (dead battery) and resolved it. He also took a look at the rest of my HVAC system just in case there were any other issues. My AC unit was up and running just 30 minutes afterwards. During the whole process, I received several complimentary emails notifying me that the job was scheduled, when Ricardo was on his way, etc. I also received many, many photos that he had taken of the new battery, voltage readings, etc. Ricardo was extremely thorough with his job, and I greatly appreciated that. I will definitely give Viking a call for my next HVAC service!
At 5:30pm on a Thursday my A/C started malfunctioning. It was already 88 degrees inside (still 108 outside). Most places were already closed, but Viking is open until 7:00. I was hoping to get an appointment on Friday, maybe get it fixed before the weekend. Robert said he'd have a technician there WITHIN AN HOUR! And Ricardo showed up in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Ricardo diagnosed a couple issues, got it going again, and made suggestions for a more permanent fix. He had several options, did not push anything, just explained and made sure I understood. I selected a lower cost option, he still did not push, just explained what was involved and next steps. Ricardo was back the next morning to do the repairs/ maintenence. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to talk to, and he explains clearly. I am very satisfied with the service he provided. GREAT PRICES and OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Mine was not an easy install, but they got it done and everything works great. Very respectful employees. The owner is great, he made sure everything was correct and I was satisfied. The price was fair and reasonable for what I received. I would recommend giving them a call.

Robert was very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted in a unit and followed through.His crew did an excellent job and the place was spotless when they left. Very fair pricing for the unit we got. Would highly recommend him!
